The lovely “Greenway” by Douglas Construction Group was designed with a unique brief – compact yet spacious to fit on a tight infill lot in Bethesda. Though small in footprint, this home was uniquely appointed with all of today’s high-end market desires, yet with functional room sizes and an easy, open flow.
