ABOUT THE PROJECT
Built by Douglas Construction Group, the “Italian Villa” was designed to reminds its owners of their many wonderful trips to Europe throughout the years, calling back to many features not often seen in houses in the West. Ornate custom detailing throughout shows true attention-to-detail and includes such unique features as textured walls, wood plank ceilings, and gilded framed wall openings. Entertaining and holding small gatherings was designed to be a breeze in this well-appointed home, where many rooms, generous spaces, and outdoor areas provide abundant space. The outdoor space was specifically designed to mimic a European café, with charming tables, a terrace area, and climbing ivy. Multiple guest suites give the home a truly inviting sense of space that is unmatched by any other.
