ABOUT THE PROJECT
This unique project included the construction of three homes, all of distinctive architectural styles, on a difficult steep site subdivided into three lots. These stunning builds, completed by AR Custom Builders, made up the small subdivision in the Kent Neighborhood of Northwest DC known as “The Ridge”. Each home is truly unique and one-of-a-kind, outfitted with abundant custom appointments and finishes. Each kitchen is completely different from one another and anything else out there, with sparkling granite counters, exquisite light fixtures, and a focus on abundant natural light. The three architectural styles were Craftsman, Modern Traditional, and Traditional, ensuring that this gorgeous subdivision exudes remarkable elegance. The homes were all designed to provide ample space for their prospective buyers, all with gracious room sizes and luxurious, spa-like baths.
